This is a video of a canoe trip to Blue Spring on the Chassahowitzka River here in Southwest Florida. This is a beautiful place full of wonderful scenery and wildlife.
Canoeing is one of the best exercises for upper body strength. It works the back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and the core. Canoeing is a great way to explore nature and build upper body and core strength.
